Daniela Dallashi is a Legal Consultant at OJN Solicitors, specialising in immigration law, family law and civil litigation.

She advises individuals and businesses on a wide range of personal and business immigration matters, including family and private life routes, the EU Settlement Scheme, extensions of stay, settlement and British citizenship. She also assists with Skilled Worker and business visa applications, sponsor licences and related sponsorship matters.

Daniela has experience in complex cases involving appeals, applications for permission to appeal and judicial review proceedings

Alongside her immigration practice, she supports clients with divorce, child arrangements, civil claims, and legal correspondence.
