PRIVATE FEES

How we calculate our basic charges: *

These are calculated for each hour engaged on your matter. Routine letters and telephone calls will be charged as units of one tenth of an hour. Other letters and telephone calls will be charged on a time basis.

The hourly rates are:

• Solicitors with over eight years post qualification experience including at least eight years litigation experience - £250.00
• Solicitors and legal executives with over four years post qualification experience including at least four years litigation experience - £210.00
• Other solicitors and legal executives and fee earners of equivalent experience - £180.00
• Trainee solicitors, paralegals and other fee earners - £150.00

Other Fees and Services:

Please see below for any other private fees and services that we offer.

• Update Wills - £150.00
• Home visit within North London when doing a will, will be with an extra £100.00 fee.
• Home visit outside North London - but within London when doing a will, will come with an extra £150 fee.
• Name change - £120.00
• Power Of Attorney - £120.00
• Drafting Statutory declaration and affidavit - £120.00
• Completing and signing ID1 form - £60.00
• Independent legal advice on personal guarantee deed - £250.00
• Lasting Power of Attorney - £400.00 for one LPA / £600.00 for two LPAs for the same applicant.
