Additional Costs (Disbursements)
These are extra costs like court fees, application fees, interpreters, translations, copies, and travel expenses. They are not included in our initial quotes unless specified.
VAT
Our prices exclude Value Added Tax (VAT) at 20%. If you're an EEA resident, VAT may apply to our services, but not to non-VAT chargeable disbursements (like court fees). We follow HMRC guidance.
If you're not in the UK or EEA, VAT might not apply to our fees. We'll clarify this for your case.
