Daniela Dallashi - Legal Consultant

Since joining OJN Solicitors Daniela has developed a wide range of experience having worked on a variety of immigration cases. She has worked with migrants to gain entry clearance, to extend their stay to settle and naturalize as British citizens. She has a considerable experience working on Appendix FM applications, including fiancé(e)s, spouse, and adult dependant, relative visas as well as EEA applications.

Daniela also supports the Litigation and Family Department, with emphasis in the areas  of divorce and child arrangements. She also deals with landlord and tenant disputes including drafting civil claims, defences and dealing with related correspondence, and other legal documents.

Daniela obtained a Bachelors of Law degree and a Masters degree on Business Law with merit at the University of Tirana, Faculty of Law. She also has successfully completed a Master in Business Administration at University of the West of Scotland in February 2019. She is multilingual, fluent in Albanian, English, Spanish and Italian, which enables her to assist various clients with language barriers.

Daniela has a particular interest in travelling and exploring other cultures. In her spare time she enjoys photography and reading self-development books.
